Application fee: $100 per adult applicant; $125 per couple, unless management states otherwise in writing.
Each adult occupant may be required to complete a separate application and screening authorization.
Current qualification guideline: household gross monthly income should generally equal at least 2.75x monthly rent, subject to lawful screening criteria and management review.
Pet/animal approval, deposits, restrictions, and reasonable-accommodation rules are handled separately under applicable law and property policy.

I/We certify that the information provided in this application is true, complete, and correct to the best of my/our knowledge. I/We authorize F.W.B Enterprise LLC, its agents, and any screening provider it lawfully uses to verify information supplied in this application, including identity, rental history, employment, income, references, and other information permitted by law.
I/We authorize current and former landlords, employers, references, and other lawful information sources to release information reasonably necessary to evaluate this rental application. A separate disclosure or authorization may be provided when required for a consumer report, credit report, criminal-history report, or other screening report.
Submission of this application does not guarantee approval or create a lease. No tenancy is created until all required parties sign a lease and all required funds and conditions are satisfied. Management may request supporting documents reasonably necessary to verify application information, consistent with applicable fair-housing and consumer-reporting laws.
